Dr. Palmer has a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Rochester and a B.A. in Economics and Government and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia. He is currently Associate Professor of Political Science, Director of the Public Policy Research Center, and Director of the Social Science Research Laboratory at the University of Mississippi. Dr. Palmer has over ten years of experience as a consultant and data analyst in the areas of economics and public policy, specializing in the application of advanced forecasting and econometric methods. Chris has over eight years of client relationship management experience in finance, commercial banking, public education, and as a forecast analyst at RDA Global. He has extensive experience managing complex projects involving business survey research, market forecasts, and data management. Chris Seals serves as a single point of contact for RDA Global clients and oversees RDA market research studies and survey projects. Chandru Swaminathan | Director Data Analysis
Chandru holds a masters of engineering from the University of Houston. He
has managed thousands of data management projects at RDA Global and is an expert
in developing data warehouses, large dataset analysis, and data processing. He
is proficient in SPSS, Stata, Oracle, SAS, and other statistical softwares.
Mr. Swaminathan leads the RDA Bangalore team of data analysts and is responsible

Dr. Guy Whitten | Political Economist
Guy Whitten is Associate Professor of Political Science at Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas. Professor Whitten has an outstanding scientific publication record and also has extensive experience conducting cross-national survey research projects. He recently completed a survey of scientific elites in the European Community and has been working on the design of a study forecasting water quality levels in African communities.
Dr. Randy Stevenson | Political Economist
Dr. Stevenson is the Albert Thomas Associate Professor of Political Science and serves as the director of graduate studies for the department of Political Science at Rice University. Dr. Stevenson has published numerous articles in prestigious political science journals covering political economy, defense expenditures, and economic voting behavior. Currently, Dr. Stevenson is finishing a study funded by the National Science Foundation, “Why the Economy? The Micro-Foundations of the Economic Vote”.
Francis Oké | Project Manager Africa and Middle East
Francis Oké is the RDA Project Manager for Africa and the Middle East. He primarily manages data collection in the region. He has managed a number of public opinion polls in the region, primary AIDS data collection and served as an expert monitor of elections in the region.
Guillermo Gonzales | Project Manager Latin America
Guillermo Useche Gonzalez is the RDA project manager in Latin America. His recent responsibilities include managing and monitoring the field work activities for the State of the Latin American Political Economy survey.
